[GRASS-dev] r.proj input field does not allow to type value

In the r.proj window it is not possible to type in the 'input' and
'location' fields. Instead, one can only select the layer or location using
the drop-down selection. Is this by design?I would prefer one to be able to
type the name of the location or layer name.
