 I made the change in r68586, but note that the commit also makes it easy
 to change the color table now - change at one place in include/gis.h:

 {{{
 #define DEFAULT_COLOR_TABLE "viridis"
 }}}

 So, we can of course still do that. Of course, I put viridis there for
 now.
