[GRASS-dev] manuals: image thumbs vs scaling

Hi,

recently I committed improvements for manual page of wxGUI Graphical
Modeler done by Ludka Furkevicova [1]. This introduces some new
issues:

1) files were uploaded in original size to increase readibility
(optimized by [2.3], file size has been significantly decreased)
2) <img> tag is newly used together with `with` attribute. In other
worlds, the images are scaled by web browser. This could be an issue
some years ago, but not now I would say.

Do you have any option about that?
