 This probably just needs a conditional key binding for Mac OS somewhere in
 the base windowing code.

 Ctrl-C -> Cmd-C

 Ctrl-V -> Cmd-V

 Ctrl-X -> Cmd-X

 Ctrl-W -> Cmd-W

 Ctrl-O -> Cmd-O

 etc.
