[GRASS-dev] hard coded path for pyGRASS?

I stand corrected. Apparently, SIP got re-enabled when I upgraded to Sierra before starting in on the new compiling.

When I just now disabled it, I no longer have that error and pyGRASS loads. So now the question is different. Why is this a problem with SIP when other Python items are not a problem?

I also wonder if I will have different results in compiling under anaconda now.
