 The new version of patch attachment:r_in_gdal_2055_1.diff still fills the
 whole grid of computation region. Cells outside of input raster grid are
 filled by NULL values. The solution you are suggesting would make probably
 better sense (avoid importing all-NULL rows/columns). I will take a look
 at this issue.
