 It is not so easy as nn-c depends on Triange which is not a free software.
 Thus it would be necessary to rewrite parts of nn-c to use different
 triangulation code i.e. from v.voronoi module. Feel free to provide code
 to remove Triange dependency from nn-c and then it can be integrated into
 GRASS GIS as nn-c license is compatible with GPL.
