[GRASS-dev] Broken: GRASS-GIS/grass-ci#2401 (master - 1999c7b)

This Travis fail (clang only) was not really related to GRASS source code,
only to failed download from PPA.

I have added `set -e` to the scripts:

However, I'm not sure if there is something like that in place already,
because clearly it fails when compilation inside the main/build script
fails. So I'm not sure if this will help in the future.

Also I'm not sure if there is some occasion when it can fail and we still
want to continue.

One example of this would be the dataset download, but we are not using it,
so I removed it.
