wanted to test it on a windows 32bit box with OSGeo4W, but the installer
can't find the RC2 binaries.

the binaries are there:
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86/release/grass/grass/

in http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86/release/grass/grass/setup.hint

curr: 7.2.1-1
prev: 7.2.0-1
test: 7.2.2RC2-1

because of the RC2 test status, a normal run of the OSGeo4W installer can't
find the binaries?
