No, I just merged trunk to 7.4 + manually checked for any fuzzy
strings to ensure LV readiness for release. No need to do anything
from your side.
As 7.4.0 will be out, I don't see any need for updating 7.2.x.

Taking into account that I am the only translator and quite possibly
also the only user (except my students when I force them to do some
analysis in GRASS) of GRASS in Latvian, I'll manage translations in
future. Thus no need to take any action from your side any more. More
free time for you :-)
