[GRASS-dev] m.cogo (GRASS 7.0) path bug

m.cogo being called from QGIS 2.18.15 (which includes GRASS 7.0) running
on Mac OS X 10.12.16 apparently can not tolerate a space in its output
path.
OS X permits spaces in directory names.
