 Finished with trunk r72148. Changes to WorldView 2 where backported to
 relbr74 because the order of bands was wrong in iwave.cpp. Changes to
 WorldView 3 where backported to relbr74 because of excessive zeroes in the
 spectral responses. All in relbr74 r72149.
