Comment:

 Compress NULL file by default since r71674. On 12 Nov 2017: Creation of
 the GRASS GIS 7.4 release branch (r71701), hence it is default also in
 7.4.0.

 Concerning ZSTD compression: backport candidate for 7.4.1.
