[GRASS-dev] Dependencies for wxGUI and wx monitors

According to the REQUIREMENTS.html file, in the root directory of
grass-trunk for example, it appears that all wx-related dependencies are
covered.

My box features:

* wxpython 3.0.2.0
* numpy 1.13.3
* cairo 1.14.8
* libpng 1.6.34

which seems to cover everything (I think) is related with graphics.

Anyone running Funtoo or Gentoo? Thank you for any hint.
