 Great! I wanted to try one more thing. Reverting r72980: Replacing
 {{{
 #define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN
 #include <windows.h>
 #undef WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN
 }}}
 with
 {{{
 #include <wingdi.h>
 }}}
 because SwapBuffers is defined in wingdi.h.
