 Ok, cases 2 (both defined) and 3 (both undefined) don't work on the real
 Mac.

 1. AGL & no FBO: Mac (X), VM (O)
 2. AGL & ....FBO: Mac (X), VM (O)
 3. CGL & no FBO: Mac (X), VM (X)
 4. CGL & ....FBO: Mac (O), VM (O)

 Maybe, cases 1 & 2 are a bug in VM ;-).
