#3595: d.rast.edit: entering new value requires ENTER to be hit, GUI should be

 d.rast.edit requires ENTER key to be hit when entering a New value". This
 is surprising and undocumented (and not obvious at all from the GUI).

 Suggestion: change GUI behaviour to e.g. "zscale" value management of
 r.slope.aspect (or any other module).

 In addition, two errors come up when using d.rast.edit:
