 Last Friday I met with Thomas Huld (JRC) and I promised to reiterate the
 "issue" reported in this ticket.

 Since `r.sun` and 3 more pieces of software [0] share common functions
 found in `r.sunlib.c`, it would be meaningful, if possible, to have a
 common source of functions which can be re-used by relevant modules.
 Thomas pointed out that is required to:

  * ensure all functions are included in `r.sunlib.c`
  * how this piece of code could act as a "library"
  * how to build a proper Makefile for it
