 I replaced MapsetSelect with simpler widget in r72754. Needs more testing,
 it's used in

 * Settings - Change location and mapset/Change mapset
 * Add multiple maps dialog
 * in module dialogs, e.g. g.mapsets - allows multiple mapsets
