 * keywords:  startup => startup size
 * milestone:  6.4.6 => 8.0.0


Comment:

 There were already changes in the dialog (some of them freed and some used
 vertical space). The current (v7.7) size is 624x621 on Ubuntu with Unity.
 Please see #3474 and wiki:wxGUIDevelopment/New_Startup for current
 discussions for a completely new startup window.
