[GRASS-dev] FOSS4G 2019: Content for GRASS GIS project talk?

Hi devs,

I plan to submit a talk with GRASS project updates (unless someone else
already did it wants to do that) and would like to collect more input here.

I see these highlights:
- Python 3 support
- some new features from the 7.8 news page on trac
- improved test coverage
- cloud deployments with docker
- migration to GitHub (note, the vote on this is forthcoming in the PSC
list)
- your suggestions...

The talk will last 20min (if accepted in the community voting).
