 Please test attachment:patch_3728.diff. It introduces new
 `GRASS_LIB_VERSION_NUMBER` compilation variable. BTW, `GRASS_VERSION_NAME`
 defined in `Grass.make` doesn't seems to be used at all and could be
 probably removed.
