[GRASS-dev] GUI menu item descriptions for g.extension

Dear GUI developers,

I think that the menu item descriptions for `g.extension` can be improved.

For example,

 modify  'Settings > Addons extensions > Install extensions from addons'

 to  'Settings > Addons > Install addons'
 or to  'Settings > Extensions > Install extensions'.

Similarly,

 modify  'Settings > Addons extensions > Manage installed extension'

 to  'Settings > Addons > Manage installed addons'
 or to  'Settings > Extensions > Manage installed extensions'.

If this is not wanted, at least add an 's' to 'extension' and make the
last item

  'Settings > Addons extensions > Manage installed extensions'.

Please, consider to use either of 'addons' or 'extensions' and be
consistent. Both are confusing and decrease legibility as well.

Note also that it is not possible to enter the `url=` option through the
 'Settings > Addons extensions > Install extensions from addons' GUI.
