[GRASS-dev] r.in.gdal with option configuration

Hi list

Currently, I need to specify in the "r.in.gdal" command, certain
configuration options provided by the gdal package. i.e .
<GDAL|OGR tool> --config <Key> <Value>
as described in the following report [1].

Has this modification been implemented or is being implemented in any
version of GRASS GIS?
