 r.import has a an option called resample which defines the resampling
 method to use. r.proj has an option called method which defines the
 interpolation method to be used.

 Seems to me that resamplig == interpolation and I recommend changing the
 r.import veriable name from 'resample' to 'method' for consistency. After
 all, they list the same transformation types.
