Hi Hernán,

If no one has done so already, I would like to nominate Stefan 
Blumentrath <Stefan.Blumentrath  - at - nina.no>. Stefan has been a very 
active member of the community for a long time and had a good vision of 
the needs and prospects of GRASS GIS.
