[GRASS-dev] view trac tickets disabled?

They should be actually two buttons.
One for GH and one named "Old tickets" which I had set up as well for
obvious reasons. Unfortunately the latter is at time only visible when
logged in to trac.
I have no clue why.

Will check if this can be changed to always visible.
