That's easy.
We already have it in place for source code, like
https://grass.osgeo.org/grass78/source/grass-7.8-latest.tar.gz
but not yet at "upper" level.

I need to add this as a redirect to the Apache server. Just takes 5 minutes.
Which redirects do we want?
