[1] is not possible to easily backport without solving conflicts. I
took liberty to change the milestone to 7.8.7.

I would suggest removing `backport_needed` for [2,3,4] or to set the
milestone to 7.8.7.

Let's release 7.8.6 as it is (with an already big delay). If there are
no objections I will prepare a 7.8.6 release in upcoming days. Martin
