[GRASS-dev] Release of 7.8.6 ?

7.8.6 is out [1]!

* trac page updated [2] - feel free to improve
* PR for website prepared [3] - please contribute/review (we need a
new fancy screenshot for announcement)
* WinGRASS binaries 64 ready for testing (standalone installer [4] and
osgeo4w v2 [5])
* WinGRASS addons build activated [6]

What is missing:

* wingrass 32bits (will do it today)
* ubuntugis unstable (will do in next days)
* do marketing [7]
