I removed `x64_64` from grass.osgeo.org URL, now:

https://grass.osgeo.org/grass80/binary/mswindows/native/WinGRASS-8.0.0RC1-1-Setup.exe

I will do the same change on wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz. Ma
