[GRASS-dev] [EXTERNAL] [release planning] GRASS GIS 8.3.1

If I read the log file correctly, the actual error message is:
/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
'/builddir/build/BUILD/grass-8.3.1/dist.x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu/docs/html/raster3d_layout.png':
File exists
make[3]: *** [../../include/Make/HtmlRules.make:14:
/builddir/build/BUILD/grass-8.3.1/dist.x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu/docs/html/raster3d_layout.png]
Error 1

Could it be related to the fact that we ship three(!) copies of this file?
