[GRASS-dev] Migration to Discourse

Hi Roger,
regarding the maintenance of rgrass, I suggest to seek new maintainers by
posting a new, dedicated email thread to grass-dev and grass-stats. Is
there any documentation that would help onboard potential maintainers?
