[GRASS-dev] [GRASS GIS PSC Elections 2024] Start of the period for the presentation of the candidates

[Chief Return Officer (CRO) - GRASS GIS election 2024]

Dear member of the GRASS GIS community,

The nomination period for candidates to the PSC is now officially 
finished. We will proceed with the period for the presentation of the 
candidates.

The period for the presentation of the candidates runs from 2024-10-07 
12:00 UT to 2024-10-14 12:00 UT.

During this time the nominated candidates will present themselves for 
the community with a short statement about what they want to achieve or 
work for as part of the PSC.

Remember, these are the remaining important dates for the 2024 elections:
- presentation of the candidates: 2024-10-07 to 2024-10-14
- elections: 2024-10-21 to 2024-10-28
- announcement of the newly elected PSC: 2024-11-02 at latest
