<FONT FACE="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN DEFANGED_STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>After repeated queries about how to make a raster mask, I created a script several months back that simplifies this operation. It works pretty much like r.mask for GRASS 5, and so I named it r.mask (for GRASS 6).<BR>

Although it’s been in the cvs for quite a while (and is even in the menu), I just realized yesterday that it was not compiled by default and so is not appearing in most binaries. I just changed this so that it is automatically compiled now.<BR>
