[GRASSGUI] tcltkgras help

After to install GRASS 5.0.3 and to digitar the
commando "tcltkgrass" appears the following error:

Application initializacion  failed: no display name
and no $DISPLAY enviroment variable

Error in startup script: invalided command name "bind"
   while executing
  "bind balloon <Enter>{
      set balloonHelp(%W,after)[after 400
{updateBalloon Help %w}]
}"
 (procedure "BalloonInit" line 2)
