[GRASSGUI] psuedodc for overlays

Looking at the wxPython demo, it looks like PsuedoDC¹s might be a good bet
for overlays like scale/arrow and legend. These could be rendered using the
normal GRASS comands, d.barscale and d.legend, then read as a PsuedoDC
object that can be clipped and easily positioned with the mouse.

Thoughts?
