Dear all,

I have a two (quick) suggestions:

- right now we are doing the "elite" thing since we don't
   use any mailing list, maybe better move the discussion there
- we should develop the RFC in the Wiki since I get already
  lost in the opinions expressed here

PS: A Mail rule to auto-fetch messages from grass-dev into a separate
archive like grass-psc should be no problem, I can do that
