I looked into that and concluded that somebody probably took it out  
on purpose, since "chairship" was determined after the formation of  
the PSC through voting on the mailing list, and that's how it is  
handled according to the RFC text.

So, sorry - you're still "it" (this has double meaning since "it"  
also refers to the person being challenged in many childhood games,  
at least here in Canada, if not in other English-speaking countries). ;)
