[GRASS-PSC] Request for cvs commit access

Hello all
My name is Carlos Dávila, from Spain.
Last February Markus Neteler proposed me to manage translations of grass 
and I've been doing this task since then. I have also corrected all typo 
errors found in different code files, when I detect any error during 
translation of po files into Spanish, as I've been the main translator 
in the last months. Finally, I'm trying to standardize messages 
according to suggestions in wiki.
It would be much easier for me to continue with these task if I can send 
changes to cvs by my own and so I will not generate more work to Markus 
or other developers (mainly Roberto Antolín).
I have read the document "Legal aspects of code contributions 
<http://mpa.itc.it/markus/grass63progman/rfc/rfc2_psc.html>" and I 
accept it.
