[GRASS-PSC] GRASS 7 Migration from CVS to SVN

HI all,
I'm not an expert of those system.
But looking at the Markus resume, I suppose that OSGeo can offer a lot 
of advantages.
Moreover I also like the idea to be on the side of other OSGeo project.
