[GRASS-PSC] svn addons access

[geonomica]

Hy list,
I've still troubles with svn addon access.
I can't comit my directory because with this command:

"svn commit -m "multi-criteria geographic tool" raster/mcda --username 
gianluca --password  my_psw_osgeo"


I get this message:
"svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: MKACTIVITY of
'/grass/!svn/act/a2cb3914-df45-48a4-83a0-458bc6519c4b': 403 Forbidden
(https://svn.osgeo.org)"
My username and password are correct because I verified on osgeo web page.

Really, I don't image the reason of that error!
Could anybody help me?
