[GRASS-PSC] Write access to GRASS-SVN repository

Hello,

my name is Anna Kratochvilova and I'm asking you for the write access to the main GRASS-SVN
repository. I need access because wx.psmap (I'm its author) has moved to trunk from addons.
Another reason is that I'm going to work on wxNviz within Google Summer of Code. My mentor 
is Martin Landa and he will check my commits.
