[GRASS-PSC] Write access to Add-Ons

Hello!

I have written a python script (i.jmdist  - Jeffries-Matusita
distance) and I would like contribute it in GRASS Add-Ons. Currently
the code of the script hosted at
https://github.com/KolesovDmitry/i.jmdist I have read, understand, and
agree to RFC2 and already have an OSGeo ID name: DmitryKolesov.
