[GRASS-PSC] SVN write access request

Hi, my osgeo_id is "jnoortheen". I read the RFC2 document and accept it. I
request the write access to the SVN add-on repository in order to upload
v.vol.idw (updated from s.vol.idw) as to make it available for everyone.
