As I said it's from poster and it was done in LaTeX. However, I guess it
would be easy to recreate it in Inkscape with Libre Sans Serif.

Is the SVG on the website the one Vincent cleaned up?

Can be. This depends on the context (I think I had it differently for
different materials).
