first of all, this message has more sense in grass-user ML rather than
here (PSC). Second of all I fixed some issues, mainly:

1) scripts must end with .py extension
2) html manual page must be present otherwise compilation via g.extension fails

Good to see new modules. Martin

PS: I hope that manual page will be improved, noq it's just empty even
author section is empty.
