[GRASS-PSC] [GRASS GIS Elections 2020] Current members of the PSC willing to stand up for reelection?

I agree with #2 - the current PSC members should be nominated for re-election by member(s) of the community- this is consistent with the OSGeo election procedure. 

We should also make sure that the nominee agrees to be nominated,
