...I would suggest to print more. I did not go through the approved budged
in detail, but it looks like we have a budged for it as we planned. Rather
than sending them from one person to the other, I would prefer everybody
who needs them to have their supply (i.e., you are going for a conference,
you get them yourself - we can exchange some know-how if needed). Also,
they are not flyers, so they don't go out of date. What do you think?

The ones I did were vinyl. I guess separate orders help in getting what you
think is the best for the given audience.
