Hi Ondrej,
Unfortunately not completely. Now it seems to hang (like some other modules) at the matplotlib import:

But that is probably rather a build server issue?

The reason that there are no precompiled versions (and manual) for i.ann.maskrcnn.detect is due to the import of skimage (see below). Using lazy importing for skimage should fix this…
Thanks to Stefan, this issue is solved now.
